We value your privacy. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data (including learning progress, stars, and collected words) from 11+ Learn Words, you have two options:
Option 1: Delete via App (Instant)
1. Open the 11+ Learn Words app.
2. Navigate to the Parent Zone tab.
3. Tap on Delete Account.
4. Confirm the deletion.
Option 2: Delete via Web Request
If you have uninstalled the app or cannot access it, please contact us to request manual deletion.

Please provide your registered email address. We will process your request within 7 business days.
Data Retention
To ensure we do not hold your data indefinitely, accounts that are inactive for more than 1 year will be automatically deleted along with all associated data. You can keep your account active simply by logging in.
Note: This action is irreversible. All your progress will be permanently lost.
