11+ Learn Words collects and stores email addresses and authentication data to enable secure account creation, login, profile management across devices, and to send weekly progress reports to parents.

11+ Learn Words collects and syncs learning progress and quiz scores to enable personalized progress tracking, usage statistics, and leaderboard features.

We collect only the information needed to operate the App and provide a safe, fun learning experience.

• Parent/Guardian Email Address
• App Activity Data (Game progress, Scores/results, Usage timestamps)

We do NOT collect:

• Photos, audio, or video recordings
• GPS or precise location data
• Phone numbers or home address
• Contacts stored on the device
• Payment information or browsing history

3. How we use the information

We use the collected information to:

• Create and manage the child's account
• Save and display learning progress
• Display scores on a leaderboard using a display name only
• Communicate with parents/guardians about the account or updates

Unsubscribe from Weekly Progress Emails: Parents can unsubscribe from weekly progress reports at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in each email, or by contacting us at support@bigtestsolutions.com.

We do not use children's data for behavioral advertising or profiling.

We do not sell, rent, or commercially share personal information.

We may share data only:

Business Transactions

6. Leaderboards and safety

Children may see other players':

• Display names
• Game scores

Display names should not include full real names or identifying details. There is no messaging, chat, or communication between users within the App.

7. Data storage and security

The security of Your Personal Data is important to Us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While We strive to use commercially reasonable means to protect Your Personal Data, We cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Data may be stored on secure servers located in secure hosting regions. We keep data only as long as needed to operate the App or as required by law.

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to provide the Service. Accounts that have been inactive for more than 1 year may be permanently deleted along with all associated data.

8. 💎 Pro Membership & Purchases

We use RevenueCat to handle in-app subscriptions and validate purchases.

RevenueCat collects information about your purchase history and unique identifiers (such as [Your App User ID]) to verify your subscription status and provide access to premium content.

BIG TEST SOLUTIONS LIMITED does NOT see or store your credit card or bank details. All financial transactions are processed securely by the respective App Store provider (Google Play Store or Apple App Store) under their own privacy policies and security standards.
